We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details for review.

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Personalized items, sale items, gift cards, used products, and certain personal care items are not eligible for return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our control.
